Q: What options do I have to read and send email?
A: We offer three types of email: web-based, POP3 and IMAP. See question below to access your web-based email. As for POP3 and  IMAP, the settings are listed below (Note: you will use either one or the other if you want to check your email via your own email client program such as Microsoft Outlook):

POP3
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 110

IMAP
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 143

SMTP
Port: 25 or 2525

Note:
  • CTTech mail SMTP server requires authentication
  • CTTech does not support secure SMTP over SSL
  • CTTech runs an SMTP service on port 2525 in addition to the standard port 25 because some ISPs block email on port 25

Q:
How do I access my web-based email?
A: Click on the email login link at the top of any page.

Q: How do I manage my account settings, including email setup?
A: Click on the account login link at the top of any page and use your admin account to login. You will set links to manage your account information, manage your email accounts and review your disk usage.
